A scam! For scrub treatment, I have to purchase additional scrub gloves, otherwise they will use other people's used unwash gloves (I was told by the staff). This didn't happen last time where mitten gloves were already included. The place smells bad, in front of sauna and steam room. Maybe from sewage. Staffs are the best things here. Please improve your service! I feel bad for the staffs.

Obsessed and can’t wait to come back!! So many rooms to explore and lovely staff. The buffet is tasty too - they open 2pm -12am and buffet starts at 6 (I had trouble finding the hours on gowabi so writing here)
