being my first time, the treatment was not painful at all due to the numbing cream. suppose to be a treatment for acne scars but my skin seems more radiant and fair. however do not see the difference in smoothness yet after 3 days. the look of my face after treatment is not scary at all. just some slight redness. can go out as normal.

The staffs weren’t that friendly and not informative at all. If I didn’t ask about the process or how to take care after the treatment, they wouldn’t inform you anything. I had to ask everything by myself. The treatment itself was painful even with the numbling cream. So if you’re looking for painless treatment go for something else. All in all I don’t think I wanna come back here again eventho the ambience looks good.
