**You can use the Ice Lab up to 3 times a day with a 1-2 hour interval between each session.**

ICE LAB is a cryotherapy treatment at -110°C that helps accelerate metabolism, balance the body's internal systems, and reduce muscle injury and pain.

ICE LAB Day Pass: Includes 3 levels of cold therapy: -10°C, -60°C, and -110°C, with each session lasting 3 minutes.

ICE LAB is a cryotherapy technology from Germany. The design of the treatment rooms allows for 3 levels of cold: -10°C, -60°C, and -110°C. Participants walk through each room to allow their bodies to adjust and expel moisture. By the time they reach the -110°C room, all moisture is completely eliminated (zero humidity).

During the therapy, the body’s internal system will recover from injuries, stop inflammation temporarily, and as you breathe in, you will receive a massive amount of oxygen. At -110°C, the air mass contracts by 45% compared to room temperature, meaning you receive twice the amount of oxygen with each breath.
