เจ้าหน้าที่ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพ บรรยากาศห้องเงียบดี เรื่องการทำwax มีการเช็ดทำความสะอาดโอเค ให้ข้อมูลปานกลาง แต่ว่ารถเข็นใส่อุปกรณ์ดูไม่ได้แยกที่ใช้และไม่ใช้ชัดเจน ความสะอาดดูแล้วโอเคในระดับนึง ไม่ได้แย่แต่ไม่ได้ดีมาก แต่ตอนทำเจ้าหน้าที่ใส่ถุงมือข้างเดียวคือข้างที่สัมผัสตัวเรา เลยยังรู้สึกว่าขอหักเรื่องความสะอาดไปดาวนึงนะคะ อย่างอื่นดูโอเค และเจ้าหน้าที่ค่อนข้างละเอียดในการเก็บงาน(เราทำ hollywood wax)

I really liked the look and feel of this place and the lady who waxed me was very nice! However, they use strip wax for the whole intimate area which is way more painful than using hot wax (that can be peeled when dried). When the waxer held the sensitive areas after the hair had been removed the glove would stick to the leftover wax which made my skin way more sensitive and made the experience uncomfortable. I would have made this my regular spot if they just used the correct type of wax. I really hope they will change to something more appropriate for an intimate area because everything else was excellent.
