รอนานมากกกก ถามพนักงานก็ตอบแค่ว่าคนไม่พอ ไปถึง 19:00 ตามนัด ได้ถอดเล็บเจล 19:40 ถอดเสร็จก็เดินหายไปโดยไม่แจ้งอะไรเลย รออีก 30-40 นาทีถึงมีอีกคนมาทำเล็บเจลต่อ แล้วไม่รู้ว่ารีบทำหรืออะไร ตอนตะไบเล็บรีบมาก เจ็บจมูกเล็บไปหมด ตอนตัดหนังก็ไม่ระวัง สรุปได้แผลมา 2 จุด ไม่โอเคมาก ๆ แจ้งทางร้านไปแล้ว การรับมือเคสลูกค้าไม่ค่อยดี โดยเฉพาะพนักงานทำเล็บที่ไม่แจ้งด้วยซ้ำว่าเป็นแผล เราต้องมาเห็นแผลเอง (แต่ตัวเองก็เอาสำลีมาซับที่แผลนะ แปลว่ารู้แต่ทำเฉยไป) ก็ตามนี้ล่ะค่ะ หวังว่าจะปรับปรุง แต่ส่วนตัวคงไม่ไปอีกแล้ว
