ในส่วนของเคสลูกค้าทางร้านได้รับผิดชอบและ ให้ลูกค้าได้นัดเข้ามาแก้ไขไปแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 ก.ย ทางร้านไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจและจะนำทุกอย่างมาปรับปรุง ในอ่างล้างเท้าเป็นสีของเกลือสปาจึงทำให้เห็นเป็นคล้ายคราบสิ่งสกปรกแต่จริงๆแล้วเป็นสีของเกลือสปาค่ะเพราะเกลือสปาเป็นสีเหลือง ส่วนเครื่อง UV ได้ทำความสะอาดและแก้ไขเรียบร้อยค่ะ
