The procedure was done properly and step-by-step. First, they clean and put some numbing cream on my face prior to the procedure, then a cooling machine was also used before they start firing CO2 laser shots on my face. After the CO2 laser procedure, they used another cooling machine to sooth my face then applied a cream-based medicine to further ease the post-procedure pain.
