1. Group Exercise Studio 1 room and Cycling Studio 1 room
For members who like to exercise in groups, we have a variety of exercise classes for you to enjoy, more than 200 classes per month, taught by Les Mills Presenters and experienced instructors who are ready to provide advice. Classes that help increase flexibility and train concentration, such as YOGA, BODYBALANCE, TAI CHI.
