The staff were very friendly and accommodating but I am not so satisfied with the service. First, no tongue and pulse check conducted just like how they do it in traditional chinese medicine clinic or hospital. The two needles that they put in my wrist were VERY PAINFUL. I had to have it removed because of the intolerable pain.\n\nAlso, they forgot to remove two needles from my nape and I only noticed it when I was about to leave the clinic. Imagine what could have happened had I not noticed it before leaving the clinic. Hence, I somewhat thought that the procedure was DONE HASTILY.
