About This Service
This test is conducted for diabetes patients to assess chronic complications. Diabetes over several years often leads to complications such as eye problems, kidney failure, heart disease, paralysis, numbness in the legs, and especially foot ulcers.
Groups suitable for the test:
- Diabetes patients
- Obese individuals (Body Mass Index of 25 kg/m² or higher)
- People with a history of prediabetes, i.e., fasting blood sugar levels between 100-125 mg/dl or an HbA1c level of 5.7-6.4%
- Individuals with high blood pressure or high cholesterol
