The service was average at best. Two staff members were working on my hands and feet simultaneously. They were polite, however, the service felt very low-touch and was over quickly in <40mins. Maximum time was spent on removing cuticles, rather than thorough cleaning and removal of dead skin both from hands & feet or even massage. There was hardly any scrub applied (very little quantity) and spread only in front of my hands & feet and wrapped in cling film (not sure how that’s supposed to help!). It didn’t feel luxurious, strictly average.
