We took a couple’s session and we did not know that onsen- which is basically sitting in a bath- would be 1 hour. We learnt when we came. We asked if we can reduce bath time and increase massage time, they asked 400 baht extra for this and we accepted. And unfortunately it wasn’t worth it. Both of our massages was very bad. You could here everything from outside during the massage so it wasn’t very Zen and Relaxing. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend.
