Horrible experience at this 'clinic'.. Bought voucher for collagen threadlifting and other services . Doc was very unprofessional, disrespectful, in fact rude. he said this collagen thread lifting will not lift my face, so is the SERS serum 2cc and the korean brand บท็อกซ์,(which I’ve already paid for the vouchers at Gowabi ) all are ineffective. Ironically, all these products/ service which he mentioned as ineffective are featured and widely promoted on their FB website. Unbelievable!! If they are not effective, why promote them there? Isn’t this cheating and unethical? Is it just to entice unknowing customers to your clinic and then do pressure selling? The minute he came to me, he kept hardselling me to top up more $ to pay for fillers and Allergan, บท็อกซ์. Prior to his arrival, I waited abt 1 hr lying half naked after my brazilian HR treatment on the clinic bed at one of their ‘rrom’ partition. The small clinic wasn’t even crowded. I'd to remind the obese lady staff that I've been waiting for an hr for the Doc's services, though Ive booked my appt in advance. Doc came w/o apologies, just kept upselling other services, not doing the treatment services which I'd wanted and paid for the vouchers. Throughout the 10-15mins of conversation, he kept wanting me to top up $$ for other services. I paid total THB9293 for the services at this clinic. Doc did not do the collagen thread (THB3999), Regent 2cc serum (THB599), nor the Mesofat 10cc (THB499) total = THB5097. He then ownself 'decided' to 'offset' my 3 service vouchers and said he will regard that as costing THB4500. He further asked me to pay him an extra THB500 stating that the whatever "Chanel" serum he will inject on my face will cost THB5000. I told him, I already paid over THB5000 for those vouchers and he immediately was unhappy. He then kind of half insult/ belittle me and said something like “okay! he will 'treat it as giving me ‘special discount’ for that THB500! Thereafter, while doing the Hifu and injections, he kept speaking in Thai with his obese lady staff badmouthing me (possibly intentionally for me to hear) about fillers, บท็อกซ์ and that THB500..blah blah blah.. The บท็อกซ์ for my jaw and glabella (which I paid additionally for with vouchers) were also inaccurately done as he did not inject into the muscles but instead just on superficial layer of the skin. I can feel it when he injected on my face, as I've been getting บท็อกซ์ many times since 20 years ago . There was no effects at all and I later had to spend another sum of $$ at another clinic to do a proper บท็อกซ์ injection. This clinic/ Doctor in charge, did not fulfil the services which I've paid for. On top of such poor service, Doc and his fat size lady staff was 'badmouthing me in thai about my not willing to do the fillers and USA brand บท็อกซ์ as he'd tried to upsell me. They thought I don't understand. Come on. Even if I don't understand, they should never even speak bad and belittle/ verbally insulf their customer in front of them like that.just because customer don't trust u and don't wish to pay extra to buy what you the Doctor or should I call you the snake oil salesman trying to hardsell me. To all on Gowabi, especially foreigners/ expats in BKK reading this, don't ever go to this clinic, you will be just wasting your time, $$, potentially risking your own face and still get verbally insulted if you don’t give in to his pressure selling.
