ควรปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการ เปิดมาปีนึงแล้วน่าจะดีกว่านี้นะคะ ลูกค้าเข้าร้านเชิญนั่ง โดยไม่ถามว่าลูกค้าเก่า-ใหม่ ,นัดไว้กี่โมง ปล่อยให้นั่งรอจนเลยเวลานัด ลงทะเบียนเสร็จนึกว่าจะได้ใช้บริการเลย แต่ต้องมานั่งรอด้านในอีกเกือบครึ่งชม. ควรรับลูกค้าให้พอกับจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ให้บริการ และเซ็ตเวลาตามที่นัดหมาย **สิ่งที่เห็นและรู้สึกว่าแย่มากๆ คือเจ้าหน้าที่ตัดสายโทรศัพท์ลูกค้าทิ้ง(มากกว่า3สาย) เพราะติดลูกค้าที่ลงทะเบียนอยู่ ** เลยเข้าใจที่เราโทร.เข้ามาเพื่อถามทางขึ้นลิฟต์ แล้วโดนตัดสายเป็นแบบนี้นี่เอง...ส่วนจนท.ที่ให้บริการในห้องส่วนตัวบริการดี แนะนำดี
