I rarely complaining about service or anything, but this is really dissapointed me and so UPSETTING. I booked for a treatment with 4 steps but I only get 2 steps instead. I dont get the IPL and the collagen bcs they said the doctor is NOT coming today! I booked and inform them thru Line more than 3 days before but they didnot say anything about the doctor schedule until I get done the treatment, even I waited there about 30mnts BUT still not informing or mentioning about that. before that I asked them that do I need to write my treatment but the receiption said thats okay I know it. WORSE, I dont even get any refund for the other 2 steps that I thought its important and I booked this treatment to get the IPL bcs of my acne scars! its 999baht treatment but I dont get the most important steps for me and NO refund or anything. is it bcs I am not kun Thai? is it bcs you think it will be a hard to explain in English? why you guys dont inform me that the doctore is NOT coming today??????????
