ทุกครั้งทาสีทีนี่ล้างฟรีตลอด ปกติทำสาขาเลียบด่วน ตอนนี้ย้ายมาทำสาขาอเวนิว พอมาซื้อในโกวาบิ ร้านคิดค่าล้างโดยที่ไม่ทราบหรือแจ้งก่อน มาทราบตอนจะจ่ายเงิน หากทราบก่อนคงไม่จองในโกวาบิ เพราะราคาเท่ากันกับหน้าร้านอยู่ดี ร้านน่าจะลงหรือแจ้งรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจนค่ะ

เบื้องต้นต้องขออภัยในควาทไม่สะดวกด้วยนะคะ โดยปกติลูกค้าที่ซื้อผ่านแอพจะโทรมาจองและแจ้งรีดรีม QR Code ก่อนเข้ารับบริการทุกครั้ง ตอนลูกค้าเข้ามาทำ ไม่ได้แจ้งทางร้านว่าจองมาจากทางแอปโกวาบิ ทำให้ทางร้านไม่ทราบ ซื้อผ่านแอปเงื่อนไขการใช้งานจะคนละอย่างกับจ่ายผ่านหน้าร้าน ทุกอย่างที่นอกเหนือจากรายการที่ซื้อจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดค่ะ ดีลที่ซื้อระบุชัดเจนว่าทาสีเจลราคา 199 ทางร้านให้เลือกสีพื้น สีแฟลช สีกากเพชรได้ ลูกค้าเลือกทาสีขาว ราคาปกติ 350 พอทาเสร็จแจ้งว่าซื้อผ่านแอปโกวาบิ ลูกค้ามีสีที่เล็บทางร้านคิดค่าถอดสี 100 บาท (ทามาจากอีกสาขา) ซึ่งถ้าลูกค้าแจ้งก่อนว่าซื้อผ่านแอปทางร้านก็จะได้บอกรายระเอียดว่าแบบไหนคุ้มกว่า ซึ่งจริงๆถ้าซื้อแล้วไม่คุ้ม สามารถขอคืนเงินผ่านแอปได้นะคะ
