The Onsen itself is very modern looking and well kept but the Changing area and lockers too small. Unfortunately, the Onsen attendent was screaming at me in Thai when she knew I only spoke english. it was just to tell me I had an appointment in 15 minutes I already knew about and didn't need her disruption or aggresion. I was naked and wet and this was unnaceptable. Additionally she stacked all of the onsen users with the same spa appointment in lockers right next to each other and we wait to wait behind each other to access our things while the incompetent attendant yelled at us. She claimed to speak English which is the common use language and the Onsen was filled with international users. On top of all of this the facial I received the person agressively rubbed over the eyes with cream in her hands getting cream in my eyes and they still sting and are red a day later. I have had facials all over the world and they go AROUND the eyelids. She was agressively rubbing over them and getting things in them. It was aweful. To end this awful experience she stood hovering on me habding me a paper that says tip on it while I was supposed to be enjoying tea and a snack. My eyes were burning pretty bad and I had to locate my phone to ask her what she wanted and why she was hovering. I had already paid and did not feel inclined to tip for possible eye injury. It was pretty bad. I won't get another facial there. And being yelled at in Thai at a Japanese themed Onsen by a locker room attendent who then got disrepecful because I didn't understand her was it for me. Great facility with some not great staff. The staff in the cafe were very nice and competent.
