สภาพแวดล้อมร้านโดยรวมสะอาดดี แต่พนักงานนวด ไม่มีความรู้ในการนวด มือหนักอย่างเดียว จับๆบีบๆ แบบหนักๆ ไม่ได้รู้สึกถึงความสบายตัว ไม่หายเมื่อย นวดไม่โดนจุด เสียดายเงิน ไม่สบายตัวเลยคะ พนักงานไม่ค่อยสนใจการให้บริการเท่าไหร่
