สวัสดีค่ะคุณลูกค้า ก่อนอื่นทางร้านต้องขอโทษลูกค้าด้วยนะคะที่เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ขึ้น ลูกค้าพอจะจำได้ไหมคะว่านวดกับพนักงานคนไหน ทางร้านจะรีบดำเนินการปรับปรุงการบริการ เนื่องจากพนักงานที่ร้านไม่ใช่พนักงานประจำ อาจจะมีบางคนหละหลวมในหน้าที่ ทางร้านพร้อมรับฟังและปรับปรุงจากทุกคำติชมของลูกค้าให้ดียิ่งขึ้นค่ะ หากมีโอกาสให้บริการลูกค้าอีกครั้ง จะไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ขึ้นอีกแน่นอนค่ะต้องขอโทษลูกค้าอีกครั้งนะคะ🙏🙏
