ต้องขออภัยทางคุณChaddeeกับประสบการณ์ที่ไม่น่าพอใจในครั้งนี้ด้วยนะคะ เบื้องต้นทางคลีนิคต้องขอเรียนแจ้งแบบนี้ค่ะ -ในส่วนของเรื่องบริการ น้องพนักงานทุกคนของทางเรายินดีให้บริการกับลูกค้าทุกท่านอยู่ตลอดค่ะ มีการพูดคุยแนะนำและใส่ใจลูกค้าค่ะ -ในเคสที่เกิดขึ้น วันนั้นเลือดของคุณลูกค้าไหลออกมาเป็นจำนวนมากแพทย์จึงแนะนำให้หยุดทำไปก่อนเพื่อความปลอดภัยค่ะ และความห่วงใยค่ะ เพราะตัวคุณลูกค้าก็เคยเข้ามารับบริการแล้วหลายครั้ง ครั้งล่าสุดเลือดออกค่อนข้างเยอะจึงทำให้การทำหัตถการดำเนินไปได้ยาก (ก่อนที่จะทำหัตถการแนะนำว่าควรหยุดTake Vitaminมาก่อน1เดือนนะคะ) สุดท้ายนี้ทางคลีนิคต้องขออภัยในการทำหัตถการในครั้งนี้ และขอขอบคุณความเห็นของคุณลูกค้ามากๆนะคะ เราจะรับฟังและนำไปปรับปรุงการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้นค่ะ
