The staffs are polite and friendly. The make-up artists use’s cosmetics from NARS and Bobbi Brown. He is patient and I could feel bothe the hair dresser and the makeup artist had passion for this work.

Staffs’ gestures were good and polite but the one I received the service was quite junior and not as professional. When I reached the salon, no staff attended and I had to wait for a while even though I had made the appointment with an exact timing. Staffs didn’t know the service I went for meaning that the coordination between front and back wasn’t smooth. Direct message takes time to reply. Generally, they are helpful and polite. I’m neutral.
