I had a very good Aromatherapy oil massage at the spa botanica of the hotel. The facilities are superb and clean. The hospitality is the best. The receptionist, Khun Now, is very nice and friendly. The therapist, Khun Noi, is well experienced. I'm very satisfied and highly recommended.

I really appreciated the staff who took care of me. So welcoming and friendly. The \onsen\ a.k.a warm Jacuzzi needs to be upgraded and updated to be honest, but the amenities inside the spa room are complete. They got lemon water and slices of apple offered during my treatment. Nothing special with the Thai massage treatment.
