ขอชี้แจงดังนี้ครับ 1. รูปที่ลูกค้านำมาให้ดู ทางร้านได้ชี้แจงแล้วว่า ต้องฟอกผมก่อน เพื่อให้ได้สีออ่นตามรูป 2. ลูกค้าปฏิเสธที่จะไม่ฟอก และทางร้านแจ้งแล้วว่า สีที่ทำออกมาจะได้สีเข้ม และแนะนำว่าหลังจากผ่านไป 2 สัปดาห์ สีที่เข้มจะสว่างขึ้นอีกระดับหนึ่ง 3. ลูกค้าตัดสินใจทำ ตามที่ทางร้านได้อธิบายก่อนที่จะลงมือทำ ตามความสมัครใจของลูกค้าเอง 4. ต้องขออภัย ที่ทางร้านต้องอธิบายตามสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น และเพื่อความเข้าใจมา ณ ที่นี้
