The store is quite difficult to find and is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which makes access challenging. The space itself is very small and cramped. We booked the 60-minute treatment for 1200 baht. The treatment began with a three-minute analysis of hair and scalp, followed by a choice of scents for the shampoo and massage. Unfortunately, the treatment room was quite confined, which took away from the relaxation. The massage itself was good, but there was no check on whether the water temperature was comfortable. Even though a blanket was provided, my husband and I both felt cold during the hair-washing part, which made it difficult to fully relax. Overall, we wouldn’t book this treatment again, as it feels more like an Instagram hype than a genuinely satisfying experience.
