WASTE OF MONEY! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I decided to get keratin treatment at this salon. It seemed like they use better quality imported products. However, I experienced the worst unprofessional service. I have curly hair and have had keratin treatment more than 10 times in the US. There is only one staff, I wouldn't call her a hairdresser even, and she had no idea what she was doing at all. 1. She didn't know how to shampoo properly. She didn't try to clean my scalp while shampooing. I asked her to clean my scalp like my hair, but she couldn’t do it well. 2. She added conditioner after shampoo, which was the stupidest choice. According to the keratin treatment instructions, if you wash your hair cleanly without using any kind of conditioner, the keratin treatment will work well on your hair. 3. She didn’t cover me from those strong chemical products. She started to apply Keratin without protecting my neck and ears. 4. She didn't apply the keratin evenly on my hair. This is the most important session in this treatment. I asked her to do it more evenly and carefully, but she got angry saying that she learned it at No.1 hair school. How on earth she couldn’t even do shampoo properly if she really did…? 5. She didn't try to straighten my hair at all. Keratin treatments are basically for straight, smooth hair without frizz. 6. They didn’t like me using a voucher from Gowabi. I would never waste my money on this kinda salon if Gowabi didn’t promote.
