ร้านสะอาดดีค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับดูแลดี แต่หมอนวดและบริเวณห้องนวด ค่อนข้างแย่ (ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าได้หมอนวดคนไหนด้วยนะคะ) ส่วนตัวไม่พอใจ (1) หมอนวดให้ถอดชุดชั้นใน = น่าจะรู้ว่าลูกค้าไม่มีเสื้อปกปิด แต่ก็ให้นวดในส่วนที่มีแค่ม่านโปร่งๆปิด แทนที่จะให้ห้องนวดที่ปิดมิดชิด ไม่ได้เป็นม่านทึบๆเหมือนร้านอื่น คนเดินผ่านไป ผ่านมา ไม่รู้เลยว่า มีคนเห็นหน้าอกลูกค้าบ้างหรือเปล่า หมอนวดถามแค่ อายหน้าอกมั้ย ส่วนตัวไม่ได้อายหมอนวดค่ะ แต่ไม่ได้สบายใจที่จะให้ใครเดินผ่านไปผ่านมาเห็นได้ค่ะ นอกถามแค่อายมั้ยหมอนวดไม่สนใจจะปกปิดหน้าอกลูกค้าเลย จนทนไม่ไหวเอง ต้องขอผ้ามาปิดเอง ถึงจะหาผ้ามาปิดหน้าอกให้ (2) หมอนวดไม่สุภาพ ถามก่อนนวดว่า “นวดหนักได้มั้ย” เราก็ตอบไปว่า นวดหนักได้ หมอนวดพูดทำนองว่า “ แน่ใจ? เคยนวดกับพี่ยัง ถึงจะให้นวดหนักได้” (แล้วจะถามทำไมคะ ว่านวดหนักได้มั้ย) แต่พอนวดจริง เบามา จองนวดคอ บ่า ไหล แต่ไม่หายปวดหลัง ปวดบ่าเลย พอบอกว่านวดหนักกว่านี้ได้นะคะ หมอนวดบอกว่า “เดี๋ยวนวดรีดเส้นคอ แล้วจะไม่ไหว” เลยงงเกี่ยวอะไรกับคอ สุดท้ายถ้ามันเจ็บตรงคอจะบอกเอง เอานวดหละงให้สบายก่อนนะคะ แต่หลัง บ่า ไหล่ คือไม่ดีเลย แต่หมอนวดกลับมานวดท้องแขนแรงมาก จนต้องบอกให้เบาลงหลายรอบ (ตื่นเช้าวันต่อมา พบว่าท้องแขน และต้นแขนมีรอยช้ำ ) สุดท้าย จากที่ไม่ปวดแขน ตอนนี้ปวดแขนมากเพราะช้ำ แถมหลังก็ไม่หายปวดค่ะ (3) หมอนวดคุยโทรศัพท์หลายครั้ง มีโทรศัพท์เข้าหลายครั้ง ปล่อยให้สั่นไปเรื่อยๆ ไม่ปิดสั่น ไม่ตัดสาย รบกววนตอนนวดมากๆ (4)บริเวณห้องที่ได้นวด เป็นฟูกติดพื้น เวลามีคนขึ้นลงบันได หรือเดินผ่าน พื้นจะสั่นไปหมด ไม่ผ่อนคลายค่ะ บวกกับเป็นม่านโปร่งๆ ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวค่ะ จากประสบการณ์ไม่ประทับใจ ไม่พอใจ ไม่กลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
