Physique 57 is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that really let you feel the burn. Using your own bodyweight as resistance, the Physique 57 total body workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. - Able to use at only one branch.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Must book your class at least 1 day in advance via line @Physique57 only.

- Not allowed to attend class after 5 minutes past the start time.
- Class booking cancellation must be made 12 hours prior to the start of class.
