เคยมาต่อรอบแรกแบบจำกัดจำนวนข้างละ 70เส้น แล้วรู้สึกชอบ เลยซื้อโปรมาต่อแบบไม่จำกัดเส้น พอมาต่อแบบไม่จำกัดเส้นดูแล้วตอนแรกรู้สึกว่าไม่ต่างกับแบบ 70เส้นเลย แล้วก็มียังมีขนตาจริงอีกหลายเส้นที่ไม่ได้ต่อ มีหลายเส้นที่บิดหลายเส้นด้วยค่ะ ก็พยายามทำใจคิดว่าอาจจะเป็นความผิดพลาดนิดหน่อย แต่ทั้งนี้ รอบนี้ที่มาต่อรอบนี้พอผ่านไปสองวัน เจอว่ามีขนตาหลุดเกินกว่า 10 เส้นใน 2 วันแรก(นับจำนวนตามที่เจอว่าหลุดแล้วเราเจอเส้นที่หลุดออกมา) จนขนตาเหลือดูหลอมแหลมเหมือนผ่านการต่อมาเกิน 1 อาทิตย์แล้ว พอโทรไปเคลมกับทางร้าน (ร้านแจ้งว่ามีประกันขนตาภายใน3วัน) ร้านแจ้งว่าปกติวันแรกๆ จะมีหลุดบ้าง3-4 เส้นเป็นปกติ แต่เราก็เลยแจ้งเพิ่มเติมว่าแต่ที่เจอด้วยตัวเองมันเกินกว่า3-4เส้นแล้ว ทางร้านเลยแจ้งต่อว่าถ้าอยากจะเข้ามาเคลมขนตา จะเข้ามาก็ได้ แต่ก็จะต่อให้ตามจำนวนเส้นที่หลุด ซึ่งตรงคำตอบนี้เราก็ถามกลับว่า ก็คือถ้าเจอหลุด 10 เส้นตามที่แจ้ง ก็จะต่อให้แค่ 10เส้นตามที่บอกไปแบบนี้หรอคะ ซึ่งทางร้านก็ตอบว่าใช่ เลยไม่แน่ใจว่าแล้วถ้ามันมีการหลุดแต่เราไม่ได้รู้สึกตัวหรือเก็บออกมาจะระบุได้อย่างไรคะว่าหลุดกี่เส้น ที่รู้สึกผิดหวังมาก คือรู้สึกว่าทางร้านไม่มีความประสงค์ที่จะอยากรับผิดชอบ หรืออยากจะช่วยเหลือใดๆเลยค่ะ
