I have ever got hurt because of having nail polish In my whole life. I left with my blood on the thumb of my toe. They didn’t compensate any but asking extra nail remove price . It’s totally fine by paying the service but I wonder if you made your customer wound bleeding Normally you won’t just do nothing . At least saying sorry . I wasn’t angry at all because I knew that I wont visit again . :( even though it’s just walkable distance near by my place .

First we are sincerely sorry for what was happened. Our stuff did not understand English and they did not know to communicate that dry skin condition when go though the process could lead to bleeding and pain About the 100 baht gel removal cost mandatory because you didn’t make gel polish with us anyway we did apologize and really sorry for that and offer nail work 🙏🏻
