Muay Thai Gym has private Boxing in Bangna area. Session: One-hour one-on-one, Burn focuses on teaching by a team of national boxing teachers. In addition to exercising, the variety of individual exercise styles is what every team cares about, not just for the fun, but also for the body to use the muscles in each part to work hard, and what muay thai exercises do more than muscles, it's about practicing mindfulness and the brain.
