ในโกวาบิ ไม่ได้แจ้งว่าใช้ได้เฉพาะเวลา 11.00- 14.00 พอคุย ร้านแจ้งไม่ชัดเจน ว่า ถ้าไปเวลาอื่น จะคิดราคาเต็ม กลายเป็นมาคิดเงินเราเต็ม แล้วก็ยังเอาเปรียบ ไปหักเงินค่าแรงพนักงานเข้าไปอีก เพราะพนักงานเข้าใจผิดเรื่องการให้ส่วนลด ตอนนี้ไปแจ้งโกวาบิแล้ว ให้มาจัดการ ด้านล่างคือข้อความที่ร้านตอบไลน์มา ______________________________ 1 แอดมินได้แจ้งเวลาก่อน บุคกิ้งในราคาดีล โกวาบิ จองได้ 11.00-14.00 นะคะ ( เพราะช่วงเวลานี่คือราคาดีลลดพิเศษ ) ซึ้งร้านกับทางโกวาบิไม่ได้มีกำหนดในการแจ้งเวลาใช้บริการให้ร้านค้า 2. ลค ไม่ได้มาใช้บริการตามเวลาที่กำหนด ในเวลาดีล ซึ้งทางร้านรับลูกค้าวอตอินในราคาปกติ เท่านั้น ( พนง.ไม่มีสิทตัดสินใจในราคาส่วนลดค่ะ ) 3. ทางร้านเราจะมีโปร happy hour 11.00-14.00 จะเป็นราคาโปร ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับดีลโกวาบิ ซึ้ง พนง ได้แจ้งลดราคาพิเศษ ให้กับลูกค้าก่อนใช้บริการแล้ว 4. อันที่จริง พนง.หน้าร้านไม่มีสิท เอาส่วนลดราคาดีล มาหักลบกับราคาปกติหน้าร้าน อยู่แล้วค่ะ ซึ้งผิดกฎ และ พนง คนนั้น ต้องโดนหักเงินค่าแรงในส่วนที่ ทำการลดราคา ให้ลูกค้า 299 บาทด้วยค่ะ
