ต่อขนตากับที่นี่มาตั้งแต่ก่อนโควิด น่าจะ 4-5 ปีแล้ว พักหลัง ๆรู้สึกว่าคุณภาพลดลงเรื่อย ๆ รอบล่าสุดต่อไป 60 เส้น ผ่านไปไม่ถึง 2 อาทิตย์ ขนตาหลุดเกือบหมด โทรไปแอดมินก็ไม่ได้เวลคั่มหรือรับฟังขนาดนั้น ไม่ได้ฟังปัญหาหรือสิ่งที่เราพยายามอธิบาย ชอบพูดสวน พูดแทรก พูดถามแต่เชิงลูกค้าดูแลไม่ดี (ทั้ง ๆที่เราไม่ได้จะเคลม แค่ฟีดแบคให้ฟัง คือเรายินดีต่อใหม่ เสียเงินเอง) และบางทีต่อแต่ละรอบบอกพนง.ว่าสเปคเดียวกัน แต่ต่อออกมางอนไม่เท่ากันบ้าง ความแข็งของเส้นขนตาไม่เท่ากันบ้าง ไม่แน่ใจเป็นแต่ละล็อตไหมค่ะ และเคยมีครั้งนึงนัดไว้พนักงานก็มาสาย 15 นาที ก็เคยเจอค่ะ สิ่งเหล่านี้พักหลัง ๆเจอมาหลายครั้งแล้วค่ะถึงมารีวิว
