อยากให้ร้านปรับปรุงเรื่องเวลา เรามีคิว 16.30 ช่างทำลูกค้าคนก่อนเสร็จตอน 16.35 เราเข้าใจ แต่ช่างไม่ได้ต่อขนตาให้เราต่อ เราต้องรอช่างทานข้าวก่อน แม้จะไม่ได้นานมาก แต่เราอยากให้แบ่งเวลาให้ดี ไม่ให้มากระทบกับลูกค้า เพราะเราก็มาตรงเวลา ในขณะที่ร้านแจ้งไม่ให้ลูกค้ามาเรทเกิน 15 นาที ระหว่างต่อขนตามีลูกค้ามา 2 คน ช่างก็ดูหาคิววุ่นเพราะบันทึกคิวไว้คนเดียว ช่างต่อไป ถามคิวลูกค้าไป ไลน์หาแอดมินไป และเราแจ้งแอดมินล่วงหน้าก่อนวันต่อด้วยว่ามีถอดขนตา พอถึงวันต่อจริง ช่างก็พูดว่าวันหลังให้แจ้งก่อนว่ามีถอดเพราะมันใช้เวลานานขึ้น เราแจ้งก่อนอยู่แล้ว ซึ่งเรามองว่าการจัดการระหว่างช่างกับแอดมินไม่ค่อยดี แล้วยังมีค่าถอดอีกทั้งๆที่ครั้งก่อนเราก็ต่อร้านนี้ ร้านไม่เคยแจ้งเลย ครั้งก่อนต่อดีละเอียดมาก แต่ครึ้งนี้มีจังหวะดึงขนตา2-3ครั้ง ซึ่งเจ็บมาก อยากให้รักษามาตรฐานให้เหมือนกันทุกรอบค่ะ
