(English comment below) ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองที่มาใช้บริการ Gaaya ครั้งแรก : พนักงานนวดนวดพอใช้ได้ แต่ประเด็นคือหลังจากที่เรานวดเสร็จเรากำลังอาบน้ำ แต่!! มีคนเปิดประตูเข้ามาคล้ายจะทำความสะอาด ทั้งๆที่เรากำลังเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า ซึ่งเหตุการณ์นี้ไม่สมควรอย่างยิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นในสปา เราได้ทำการคอมเพลนทันทีกับพนักงานต้อนรับ แต่ได้เพียงคำขอโทษ เราจึงแจ้งไปทาง ig ของทางร้านเพื่อแจ้งความผิดพลาดนี้ แต่ทางร้านเพียงแจ้งว่าจะปรับปรุง โดยไม่ได้มีการแสดงความรับผิดชอบใดๆเลย ครั้งที่สอง : เราซื้อวอยเชอร์มาพร้อมกันสองใบ ครั้งนี้ไม่ได้ไปแต่เอาไปให้เพื่อนเพราะไม่ประทับใจในครั้งแรก เพื่อนเราไปมาวันนี้และเกิดเหตุไม่โอเคกับสปาแห่งนี้ เนื่องจากจองนวดเป็นอโรม่าไป แต่พนักงานไม่ได้แจ้งว่าจะไม่มีห้องอาบน้ำ (ปกติไปสปาที่อื่นมีห้องอาบน้ำทุกครั้งที่นวดอโรม่า) แจ้งพนังงานไปก็บอกเพียงแค่ว่า มาคนเดียวและไม่ได้จองมาก่อน จึงไม่สามารถอาบน้ำหลังนวดได้ ซึ่งเพื่อนเราเป็นคนไม่โอเคหลังจากการนวดที่มีน้ำมัน อีกอย่างคือพนังงานนวดใช้สรรพนามกับลูกค้าว่า ”น้อง“ทุกครั้ง ไม่รู้ว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติไหม แต่ส่วนตัวเราคิดว่าไม่้เหมาะสม จะเรียกว่าคุณ,ลูกค้า อะไรก็เหมาะสมมากกว่าค่ะ ***ไม่ประทับใจกับสปาครั้งนี้ ไม่เคยได้รับความรับผิดชอบที่มีคนเปิดห้องสปาเข้ามาขณะเราเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า เพียงแจ้งว่าจะนำไปปรับปรุง?!*** ================== I am so disappointed because the 1st time here, i was changing my clothes and of course being naked. Somebody came to my room urgently!! It was so freak out because it SHOULD NOT BE HAPPEN in any spa. I contacted the reception at the moment but they just said sorry. The 2nd time, i bought two vouchers at the same time but i don’t feel uncomfortable to use it so i gave it to my friend. Today my friend told me that she was so disappoint because she asked for the bathroom for showering but they said she has to book before she come (she had booked the spa but she told me that it was so weird bc every spas have bathroom after aromatherapy) i am not sure about the situation but i feel a bit weird too. Also the therapist is impolite anyway. No recommend to go to this place
