• Customer should come before the appointment time at least 10 minutes. If the customer is late not more than 5-10 minutes, the shop reserve the right to provide the service according to the remaining time.
• If the customer does not show up or come late more than 15 minutes without the shop acknowledgement, the shop deserves the right to cancel the customer's appointment and the customer needs to make a new reservation again
• In case the customer wants to cancel or postpone please notify the shop before 24 hours otherwise the shop reserves the rights to collect the full amount of money.
• Deal must be purchased 24 hours in advance and reservations should be made before 1-2 days.
• If a customer purchases a Gowabi deal in-store, the shop is not responsible and has the right not to provide service to the customer. Because reservations and purchases must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
