I booked with gowabi and went here. while nailing off, a woman who have no reservation come. the staff says "come back after 20min" but after 20min, my nailing weren't over. so the staff neglected servise for me. didn't shape my nails neatly, no cuticle cut, wrong color, over color, clicking tongue etc... location is good but servise is poor. mottainai!😫

Went there on a super flash deal, but had to py extra in cash for everything beside just applying color (and for french style). the gel starting to chip after 8 days, and i need to fully remove after 10 days.
