Firstly, when I entered the shop, the staff seemed completely unprepared to welcome guests. Despite having made a reservation a week in advance, no one guided me to a seat. I stood in place for several minutes before being directed to a seat by the edge. Since I had booked both manicure and pedicure, I needed to take off my shoes, but there was no space between the foot baths in front of the chairs to comfortably remove them. The staff also did not offer any assistance throughout. Additionally, for some unknown reason, the air conditioning was extremely hot today. When I asked if the temperature could be lowered, they said it wasn't possible without providing an explanation. Was it because the air conditioning was broken?! Secondly, both the manicure and pedicure were extremely rough. This experience was by far the worst I've had in Bangkok! The staff's technique was so amateurish; I hate to be harsh, but if your skills aren't up to par, you need to practice more on your own time. I paid for a service I expected to enjoy, not to be a guinea pig for your practice sessions. Even though the shop is kinda cute, but definitely not recommended for serious manicure&pedicure.
