นวดถือว่าโอเคค่ะ หน้าร้านก็หอมๆดีค่ะ แต่ติเรื่องพนักงานนิดนึงค่ะ ตอบคำถามงงมาก แล้วก็ไม่ค่อยแนะนำลูกค้าเท่าไหร่ ประมาณว่าต้องรอให้ถามถึงตอบอะค่ะ งงไปหมดขั้นตอนอะไรยังไง ขอให้ปรับปรุงตรงนี้มากๆนะคะลูกค้างงจริง ++ ซื้อแพคเกจนี้มาจากแฟลชเซล แต่ในเงื่อนไขแพคเกจไม่ได้ระบุว่าใช้วันไหนได้บ้าง พอจะจองวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ร้านแจ้งมาว่าไม่สามารถใช้ได้เพราะเป็นแพคเกจแฟลชเซล ใช้ได้แค่วันธรรมดา ทางร้านควรระบุมาตั้งแต่ต้นนะคะว่าแพคเกจมีเงื่อนไขอะไรบ้าง แบบนี้มันเสียอารมณ์อะค่ะ ลองดีลกับโกวาบิดูมั้ยคะว่าโปรร้านแบบนี้ให้ใช้ได้วันไหน รายละเอียดยังไง ก็ระบุลงมาหน่อย

The shop is located just next to Thong Lor BTS station which is very convenient. But the fact that it’s on the main road, I could hear the noise from the road when I was in the spa room. It wasn’t that bad though. The receptionist at the front was friendly. The private spa room has a shower en suite which is great. But unfortunately, there were no options for scrub or body wrap as described on Gowabi, so I couldn’t choose. And after the body wrap session, I thought there would be moisturizer applying but there was none. Besides, after I finish getting dressed, I waited in the spa room because I thought the therapist would wait for me and escort me to the entrance of the shop (therapists at other spas I’ve been to did so), but this one didn’t. And when she came to the spa room and found that I was still sitting in the room, she said “why didn’t you come out?”. It sounded kinda rude to me. Although she probably didn’t mean to sound so, I personally think it’s something she shouldn’t say to customers. I normally don’t write reviews unless I really like it. But I sincerely would like them to improve and I’m sure it’ll also be good for them. Not sure if it’s all because I booked it from GoWabi and the price isn’t expensive. Anyway, my skin was soft and smooth after the treatment and thanks for the service!
