I booked a two-hour Thai massage, but the shop assigned a masseuse who was not skilled in massage to work on me. I feel really disappointed. If I end up with an injury or if something happens to me, I’d like to ask who would be responsible. I gave the masseuse a chance and endured it for 20 minutes, but I felt extremely uncomfortable, and she was pressing on my bones. During the massage, she even apologized to me. I believe more training should be provided before allowing staff to work on customers. Additionally, a staff member from the front desk came up to inform me that there were no other masseuses available, almost pushing me to continue with the same one as if it was my responsibility to accept it. I then asked if there was any other masseuse, as I was willing to wait, but the front desk staff failed to handle the situation well. It was very disappointing. This was my second visit to this place; the first experience was good, which encouraged me to try again. However, I didn’t specifically request the same masseuse as last time. I thought that if the experience was good again, I would have two regular masseuses and could invite my partner to join me next time. But after this experience, I doubt I’ll return.
