I bought a voucher for underarm waxing and brightening treatment but I got only waxing. I didn't get the brightening treatment without any explanation. And wax was not melted so it's very painful when the staff spread the wax on my skin. Since it's hard to spread the wax, staff could not spread wax and waxing was not done completely. I could see the remaining hairs after waxing. And the bed is covered by disposable bed cover but it was dirty.
