5 stars for the masseuse, the reception, and the telephone booking. Great services indeed. Unfortunately, 1 stars - should be a “zero” start for the “other” masseuses’ behaviors. (1) Other masseuses watched their phone outside the massage room. They turned on the speaker which made noise very loud enough to “leak” into the massage room. Very disturbing and annoying. (2) While I almost finished the massage, masseuses with the new customers “shouted” into the room asking who is using my space and my masseuse was reluctantly rushed by them. Also, while I was changing my clothes after my session finished, those masseuses tried to open the curtain of my space to get their customers in. Cannot believe they are working in the same shop. I hope the shop trains masseuses better for how to treat the customer and respect each other. Improvement is really necessary for this point.
