I had a disappointing experience due to unprofessional behavior and unexpected charges. The masseuse initially recommended a different massage package, assuring me it would be more beneficial and cost the same as the one I originally booked. Based on her reassurance, I agreed. However, midway through the session, she informed me that I needed to pay an additional 200 baht because the owner had supposedly instructed it. Furthermore, the massage, which was supposed to last 2 hours with an additional 30 minutes of steam, was cut short at 1.5 hours until I reminded the masseuse of the agreed duration. In the end, I was forced to pay the extra 200 baht.
