SMILE® pro Eye Screening Package

Preparation steps before undergoing the examination:

1. Refrain from wearing soft contact lenses for at least 7 days or hard contact lenses for a minimum of 3 weeks before examination and eye laser surgery.

2. The eye examination takes 3 hours. As pupil dilation can cause temporary blurry vision lasting approximately 4-6 hours, it is advisable not to drive on the day of the procedure.

- Visual Acuity

- Auto Refraction

- Tonometry

- Central Corneal Thickness (CCT)

- Pentacam

- IOLs Master

- Pupil Dilation for Optic Nerve Examination

- Eye Examination with Slit Lamp Biomicroscopy

 

Terms and Conditions

1. The package is valid from now – 30 June 2024.

2. This package includes ophthalmologist, hospital, and nursing fees.

3. The package excludes other expenses not specified in the package. (Expenses of additional medications, medical supplies, and examinations requested by the doctor.)

4. The screening items are unalterable and cannot be modified.

5. The screening items cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances, including when patients refuse or omit any screening items in the package.

6. This package is not eligible for use in combination with other discounting privileges or promotional offers.

7. The package is valid for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand only
