Combination of personal butler service and buggy service for arrival passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The service includes a personal butler who meets you at the airport and assists with various tasks, as well as an electric buggy for quick transportation to the immigration area.

• Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the butler and buggy will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name.

• The buggy will take you to the immigration area, where the butler will guide you through airport procedures such as immigration and customs, and assist you with baggage handling.

Remark: Buggy service is unavailable for arrival flights at Gates D4, D6, and Bus Gate due to proximity to the immigration area. 

Customers are eligible for a THB 1,100 discount code (valid for 1 year from the original travel date), which will be sent within 7-15 business days of the service date.

• 4 Checked bags (additional baggage incurs a fee of 500 THB per piece)

• Buggy service to immigration area

• 1 Single trip (Arrival or Departure) at Suvarnabhumi Airport

 

Terms & Conditions

• Our buggy will pick you up at your flight's arrival gate.

• One buggy cart can seat up to two adults.

• Immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers. Please note that your personal butler cannot accompany you during these procedures.

• The package has been tailored for two adults and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes two checked baggage allowances.

• Our staff can only provide the service within the designated service area in the airport.

• Personal butler service is only available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

• In case of no-show passengers, you will be fully charged.

• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.

• We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice.

• This voucher is specifically for an International Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
