About This Service
PVC Nail extensions, also known as tips, are made from lightweight plastic and are cut to the shape of your nail. These are glued onto your own nails and overlaid with acrylic or gel to secure and finish. It is made from polyvinyl chloride plastic. (Polyvinylchloride), also known as PVC (PVC).

500 baht is only for sticking the pvc nails on, no nail polish or anything else. I paid extra money for my nails to be painted. The nail tech who did my nails did not have a nice attitude. The way she speaks is quite unpleasant. I was cold and going numb from the AC after a while because I was sat directly under it and I asked if they could make it warmer and she bluntly said no because the glue (not sure what glue) has to be in a certain cold temperature. Despite saying that they made it warmer for me after a while has passed which doesn't make sense because the nail tech told me they can't due to the glue needing optimal temperature and now some how they suddenly can because I started shivering (?) If you work in services you should find a better way to manage that instead of compromising on your client's well-being. The whole experience was just not enjoyable. In summary: -Was not made aware that 500 baht is just for the process of applying fake nails, no polish. -Unpleasant attitude from nail tech

First of all we would like to say thank you for choosing us and apologize for the situation happen so we would like to divide the situation which is happen below 1.) PVC - Nail extension which is sale on gowabi menu is not include gel polish and i did notice this to gowabi and they has removed my manicure menu on gowabi too so it make you miscommunication between us but our tech has been notice you about it according to her duty 2.) cold temperature - We sorry to make you feel uncomfortable due to low temperature inside actually as nail tech said , Eyelash extension glue works base on temperature and humidity so we have set standard and need measure time by time to make glue sting on the eyelashes as long as we could so the temperature we could'nt adjust much as she said but anyway we are provide our customer warm blanket which is make our customer feel comfortable all the way they took the service 3.) Nail Technician Attitude - We so sorry for not well of excellent service training by the way really thank you for your opinion that we could focus on her to go on extramile and we will improve it to make it more excellent but anyway i have checked the report photo she really did her best job as much as she can even how hard in the realistic Thank you Rin again for using us hope to see you again in near future🙏🏻
