This was our 2nd time visiting Yunomori Spa in Satorn, I thoroughly enjoyed both the Onsen and aromatherapy sessions just like last time . However, I would like to address a concern regarding service consistency among the masseurs. I was fortunate to receive an excellent aromatherapy treatment from an experienced therapist, while my wife had an unpleasant experience with her therapist, who appeared to lack proper experience and attention. Despite my wife reminding her several times during the session, the quality of treatment did not improve. I strongly urge yunomori’s management to ensure that all therapists receive thorough training and are adequately prepared before performing treatments.

I wanted to share my experience during my recent aromatherapy session with my husband, we came back for the 2nd time since we really enjoyed the previous visit that took place last year! Unfortunately, this time I felt a bit disappointed with the young female masseur. Throughout the session, I found myself having to remind her several times about the pressure I prefer. While she initially adjusted her technique, she soon reverted to a lighter touch, which left me feeling as though I wasn't receiving the therapeutic benefits I was hoping for. I sincerely appreciate the service you provide and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.
