IUI (Intrauterine insemination) is a method of using semen from the male partner that has been carefully screened. Injected through a tube into the woman's uterus during the time she is ovulating. This helps sperm swim up to the fallopian tube. and easier to mix with eggs This method is a way to increase the success rate. of pregnancy than natural methods.

IUI is different from natural intercourse in that the semen that is injected into the uterus is semen that has been selected to be motile and Semen also does not have to travel through the cervix. This causes a large amount of semen to enter the uterine cavity for fertilization with the egg.

- Get enough rest, don't stress, refrain from smoking and alcohol, try to eat all 5 food groups and take vitamin supplements along with it.

- Refrain from ejaculating semen before the collection day for a period of 3-5 days.

- Draw blood to check readiness before collecting semen. (You can come in and check first. or come in on the day the woman scheduled an IUI injection)

- Must come in to collect semen on the day the woman schedules the IUI injection (collected approximately 1-2 hours before the scheduled injection time)

- Contact to make the first appointment no later than the 4th day of menstruation.

- See the doctor on the doctor's appointment date and time. and use the medicine as prescribed by the doctor (Generally, you will see the doctor approximately 2-3 times per IUI cycle.)

- Abstain from sexual intercourse 3-5 days before the IUI injection procedure.

- After intrauterine semen injection (IUI), rest for only 15-30 minutes and you can go home.
