I’ve been here 3 times. The first time went super well I liked the hydrafacial a lot. The second also well but I arrived 12 minutes late they told me I would only be able to get 40 mins instead of 60 which I had prepaid for. Fair. The third time I arrived 15 mins early and was let in 15 mins late. I am confused about their policy. Why is it sometimes on time and sometimes not? Otherwise if u can come on time I recommend it.
