I have never experienced such a terrible waxing service until I came here! I've used waxing services at many places and always received good results and a warm welcome. The person who waxed me, who might be the owner (there are certificates on the wall), but certificates don't prove experience or results! The waxing was extremely painful, and I had to ask them to change from a Hollywood wax to just a bikini line and backside wax. They claimed the product they used was good, but the technique was far from professional. I didn't mind the unfriendly service, but the aftermath is worse—I now have pimples on my skin down there! I have NEVER had this happen before! They even tried to tell me that I already had them before the waxing. This was my first and last time—definitely not worth the money. Cleanliness should be a top priority, but they even had a pet bunny hopping around the shop. The hygiene is awful!

The client's skin already had acne, which caused the pores to open. It's normal for the skin to react after waxing, and applying medication can help. We are certified and trained directly by the brand, ensuring proper techniques. We have years of waxing experience, and everything has been fine so far. Our loyal customers are very kind to us.
