I would recommend if they replaced the 2 female staff. The owner / hair stylist was very professional, polite, and humorous. He aways try to make good ambience. But I really dont understand what 2 female staff doing there. Washing my hair for only 5 minutes.. And then, one of the female staff NOT WEAR MASK in the salon. She always gave an unwelcoming face. When touching my hair always very rude and it made me hurt. They did everything very slow but still like talking and talking a lot! They are not even aware of the steps or dont even have basic techniques of blowing hair, or doing other steps of perming. So I honestly feel pitiful for the owner and seems like he also feel hopeless of those 2 ladies. I hope he can quickly find someone else and replace these 2 staff so his business could go well.
